They worked with me until I was happy with the sample patch preview. This company was extremely efficient and I got my patches made and sent quickly. I would recommend Quality Patches and use them again for future orders.

Jun 07,2022To be fair, the quality of the product, which was an embroidered patch, was very good, but the service and communication was poor. I thought the sales rep and I had a clear understanding of my expectations and I clearly provided him a deadline that I had to have the items and we agreed on that date. In addition, I paid a rush fee to get them by the specified date. Not only did I not get them on time, but had to email and call at least two different times to figure out what was going on. I was told they would "fix" the issue, but I've not seen a credit for the rush fee that I paid. Not happy about that, especially after giving them a second try. I ordered from this site before and they delivered on time, but missed it this time.

The only problem I had was that I was ensured that all the patches would be delivered in time but they weren’t. but regardless of that they still worked very diligently to get the samples and orders done as promptly as possible. they were also the only online patch business willing to compromise on the pricing of quality. will definitely be using them again
