Aug 06,2022What a great company - I placed an order for some iron on patches - they looked great - but I was concerned they may not hold to what i planned on putting them on - I asked for Quality Patches advice and without question sent me replacement patches that are the embroidered ones - they look great and my friend's wife sewed them on to our team hats - I will always use Quality Patches - they know how to treat and take good care of their customers

Jul 26,2022Just had some issues with the Taylor tile. Also turnaround time and shipping on each order has not been consistent. Hard to let customers know when there order will be ready. But overall happy with the quality!

Hugo has extremely reliable communication and is very fast with email responses. The proof approval system is great and if anything is incorrect, it is fixed as soon as possible. Aug 15,2022Although the process took an incredible amount of time getting the client's company colors correct, the QP team was nice enough to create a second round of PVC patches for the client at no charge since she was not happy with her first order. Customer satisfaction is important to Quality Patches, so I will most likely return with more patch orders in the future!
