I was hesitant to go with the company at first as I’m just a small business graphic designer so there isn’t a lot of extra to be spent out on merch. The pricing was much better than anyone else I had found and I was able to do a small batch of 25 patches. I will say the back and fourth with the design team took a while but in partition worked with Mack on some back and fourth stuff and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. My patches arrived and look great. I haven’t had a chance yet to test out how good the heat adhesive backing is. Shipment and the whole process was really fast which I was surprised as I saw the package I believe came from Dubai. A couple of things that bothered me. The background color on one of the patches wasn’t really what I was looking for but it still worked, the company has a California address but I believe everything is overseas, and I was never able to speak with anyone on the phone everything was done through email. I prefer a phone conversation to be able to clarify things quickly.

The patch rocker was close to what i needed but it did not fit correctly under the existing patch. I don't blame them entirely because they only got a photo with dimensions of the original patch so I had a feeling that wouldn't work. I need to figure something else out - I wasted $90.

Hugo Max with Quality Patches was very helpful through the entire process. Great communication and answered all question timely. We designed the patches ourselves; however, the quality of the patches that were produced were exceptional. We are very happy with the patches we received for our K9 Unit and have received a lot of positive remarks about them. We'll definitely be choosing Quality Patches to re-order as well as other patches we need in the future.
