Easy ordering and paying online. Quick dispatch and well packed. Items received in perfect condition. Only issue postman left parcel in my open fronted porch while I was away on holiday! Not RMS fault but will consider when choosing carrier next time.

Their service was excellent for my recent order and I received the item in good time too. Be a bit wary of items that say 'ships in 10-15 days' which are actually new items or items that are not in stock. They expect payment in full for advanced orders on new items which could be months away. I received refunds with no trouble. No complaints otherwise.

I made a purchase for a few items one item was not in stock but instead of sending me those items in stock they have held up my order, taken my money and given me nothing in return. Sent an email all they can say is sorry for the delay literally a generic message they must use from everyone. I have learnt my lesson and will never order from the site again. First time user of this site and such a bad experience.
I like others are totally unhappy with this company, i placed an order to them on approx 19th July they took my money right away. This is now 31st of August and no delivery. Response to my E-Mails is just sheer excuses,i have stated to them to refund my money or cough up with the order i asked for.

The item ordered was not in stock but no refund was send. It took 7 months and numerous e-mails to get my hard-earned money back. The phone number on the website goes through to an unrelated business and there is no physical address - something not right here.
I'm glad to see that so many people find them a great store...I must be the unlucky one! Faulty goods received and I returned them on 1st June - but no replacement or refund received since (it's the 20th now). Not even a record of the return on the "My account" section of their website (but I have the tracking information from Royal Mail to show they received it). Utterly disgraceful and now I've had to make a chargeback request via my bank - wish me luck. Good luck to you too - you take your chances with this company. Update: My bank has refunded me by way of Visa Chargeback - nothing received from RMS Just to be clear - RMS did NOT refund me, I had to go to my bank to get a refund
excellent products (diecast vehicles) they look great on my train layout. The delivery is quick overall very pleased have used the company twice and will use again.
