May 24,2024It took a ‘trial run’ to figure out how to answer all the health related questions. Questions about last occurrence might be better if presented with a range such as 3 to 5, instead of, less than 3, less than 5, as zero could be either of the options. Otherwise, quite good. Of course the true test will come if a claim is denied because of a mistake in which check mark to use.

May 24,2024The online experience was good, although I thought I was communicating with Rates.ca and it turned out to be Scoop Insurance Brokers as they called me almost immediately while I was still online. That threw me off a bit, as not sure who exactly I was communicating with. Nevertheless, the experience was good, connected with an agent and received quotes with CAA insurance. All seems good so far. Sent some questions back to the agent yesterday but haven’t heard back as of yet.
