May 10,2024I met with Julia Vitale, I arrived without an appointment, but she made time for me to review my vehicle policy and the resulting 19% increase in cost. She was polite, and knowledgeable, and able to explain, kindly why the cost had increased by so much. I appreciated her time, and realized she was unable to adjust the rate for my coverage. I have since cancelled with Intact/Brokerlink. By no means was my decision a result of our conversation. Julia was exceptional, and i appreciate the opportunity to speak with her. Thanks Larry Schurman.

Andrea was incredibly helpful, thorough and friendly.. She found me the same insurance for my truck for $1100 less than I paid last year... So $1700 less than my company wanted me to pay this year...
