Apr 19,2024Got a better rate with CAA through Scoop when I purchased the insurance. Just received my renewal and it increased $65 a month extra. Not sure what the increase was all of a sudden (nothing changed) guess I will be shopping for a new insurance before the renewal date happens.

Apr 13,2024A travel policy was purchased for my son Thursday April 11, 2024. We recieved a summary confirmation stating that the full policy would be sent to us imminently. The school he is travelling with requires this information, and I sent an email asking when it would be forthcoming. As of today, Saturday April 13, I still have not received any policy.
