The bike arrived and was 100% according to the offer. the price was a good deal comparing to other online shops. That being said, I am disappointed with the customer service. Despite of what I saw in other reviews, the notifications and assistance with the purchase. The shop took about 10 days to pack and start shipping the bike. In the meantime I did not receive sufficient info from the shop on what is the progress, what is happening and when will the bike be shipped. After the bike arrived, I did not find any manuals on the set up and unpacking the bike. I had to resolve on online materials, which the shop also does not provide. The di2 charting cable was added as a sort of afterthought. On the whole, I think that the shop is just OK. It could use with improving customer services and especially the speed of approaching an international order. On the whole, from the moment I bought the bike, to the moment it arrived, I waited for almost 3 weeks. Not something, which other reviews suggested.
