i ordered a new bike and rang to ask a few questions. they were most helpful and i completed the order. despite having the new bike sent overseas it arrived a week later. very well packaged and easy to complete assembly. I had a couple of further questions and they promptly responded and were very keen to ensure i was ok with the new bike.

Responded to my questions and helped me chose the perfect bike size. Bike was posted promptly. The shipping company damaging the box slightly, but it didn't matter because the bike was well protected inside. Took only a short while to reassemble. The bike itself rides fantastic - very happy customer!

I ordered a high end Bianchi mountain bike at RDRs online shop. The bike was well packed and arrived in a very good condition without any scratches or damages. Price was attractive and delivery time to Germany was short. So everything was fine and if I have an interest for bikes or bike parts in future I will check out RDRs website first. Dirk
