From finding the RDR Bikes on eBay, browsing on his website throughout the whole process of purchasing my new bike Rocco - the owner of the Shop, was a helpful companion. The process we smooth, communication prompt even over the weekend. The bike I bought was has been shipped quite fast, but more importantly safely and arrived without a single scratch.. a positive surprise was that the bike has been pre-assable .. nearly ready for the first ride!! ( the whole process, even with sending the money via bank transfer took one week aka 7 days) And on top of those positives there was a super nice price tag on both, the Bike and shoes.. Definitely, this wasn´t the last time I shop here. Viktor

Il servizio è stato piuttosto veloce e la bicicletta corrispondeva alla descrizione fatta sul sito. Non posso mettere 5 stelle perché la bicicletta è arrivata con un difetto alla cassetta del cambio che comunque il negoziante ha provveduto a sostituirmi nell'immediatezza.
