Dec 21,2021I bought a used TREK bike - but it looks like NEW! Its indeed a 2022 model. Got it for a very good price, Was very carefully sent to my place in AUSTRIA - and its exactly the bike as shown on the photos. Got it very promptly - so I´m glad with that purchase from rdr-bikes.

Oct 04,2021Working with Rocco was an absolute pleasure. They have the best selection of Bianchi bikes that I have seen online. He was extremely responsive from the moment I contacted him to the moment the bike arrived. The bike was extremely well packaged, he even included a bottle cage, Bianchi handlebar tape and a Bianchi water bottle. The bike was shipped using TNT which is a subsidiary of FedEx all the way from Italy to Texas. The package was a bit delayed due to US customs but after contacting FedEx several times, myself and Rocco, the bike arrived safe and sound. I will definitely recommend buying a bike from RDR Bikes.

Jan 07,2022The buying experience is great as 1) they responded my inquiry pretty quick and 2) they offered good discount on price. The only thing I am a bit disappointed is they shipped the bike by UPS and UPS made me very upset. I in the similar time shipped the other bike by DHL and DHL service was much better.
