I bought a bike for the first time on rdrbikes.it, Rocco was very helpful and patient with me. I paid by bank transfer from France, it took some time but everything went smoothly, the bike arrived within only one day of shipping in perfect condition and very well protected. Era il mio primo ordine di una bicicletta dall'estero, quindi ero un po' preoccupato se tutto sarebbe andato bene. (Vengo dalla Slovacchia). Le mie preoccupazioni erano infondate. RDR BIKES SRL ha comunicato con me e mi ha rassicurato che va tutto bene. La bici è arrivata in condizioni al 100%, ancora con piccoli regali che hanno fatto loro piacere.
