May 21,2021I've owned an independent pharmacy for just over 12 months. During this time, I've changed dozens of vendors for a variety of services and products. Most days I am disappointed in what is offered to independents like me. RefillRx Connect has been the outlier. Since I went live with them they have been amazing. They are consistently responsive, and understand the urgency when we need things to "work". I never feel like I am bothering them. I'll look forward to some app updates (face ID or touch ID would be great), but their webpage editing capabilities has allowed me untold opportunities with up-to-the minute updates for COVID testing and vaccinations. We have gotten so many customer compliments on the ease of use and functionality of the website. I've second guessed a few of my vendor choices in the last year, but RefillRx Connect has never been one of them. So happy to be partnered with them!
