Jun 08,2022At the last minute I realised we would be out when our delivery was due. I immediately contacted customer service who responded very quickly and confirmed that the driver would be notified and delivery time would be at a later time (sames day). When the driver arrived I apologised for any inconvenience but he said it was no problem at all! Brilliant service all round

Jun 04,2022We had arranged delivery for between 6pm and 8pm, as we were travelling home from my sons, but we had asked that it was left next door if we had not returned. The driver had left our delivery until last, but he was early, so he asked next door and they kindly took it in for us. The neighbour said he was very polite and happily took it in for us.

Jun 02,2022Always had excellent service. Telephone staff are always helpful and friendly. Delivery of the fish is always in specified time. The fish is up to our expectations and we pay a fair price. For our next delivery we will be away, so they have gave us another delivery date. The driver will be going out of his way for us. Very impressed, a lot of companies would not do that for you. Regal Fish is highly recommended.

May 24,2022Usually high quality fish and very satisfied with service. Recently the marinated salmon has changed packaging from a frozen bag to a microwave/ oven tray. On each occasion this new packaging has given poor results as the fish was part cooked in the middle and overcooked at the ends. The marinade seem to virtually disappear during cooking. The flavour and marinade were beautifully retained when the fish was simmered in its plastic bag even straight from the freezer in the old packaging. This seems a retrograde step.

We get a variety of fish every 6 weeks and without doubt this is the freshest, tastiest fish we have ever tasted. We highly recommend anyone to make an order from them and try it for yourselves. May 13,2022Time & Time again ive used Regal Fish, the quality is 2nd to none! I have so many recommendations ! All the white fish is superb, the Haddock Tails and Plaice are probably my favourite along with the occasional treat of Halibut, Oh and Monkfish & Cod Loin & Special Fish cakes, Haddock Goujons ! I love it all! I also love the Coconut Crumb prawns and the Tempura Prawns, The Salt n Pepper squid! Always delivered so fresh. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Jun 08,2022My contact with Regal Fish has always been pleasant, from the initial call telling me the proposed date of delivery until the eating of the fish itself. The call centre staff are always cheerful and friendly, delivery is prompt (often conveniently early) and the fish is excellent value.
