Jan 28,2022My wife and I were given a £10 voucher for Regal fish, to use this voucher we have to set up an account to do so. This is something I do not want to do for any company. However I could go online and place an order without having to open an account. Whilst I cannot comment on the quality of the product I do think ordering using a voucher online needs to be looked at, when you also add the delivery charge of £4.99 I find this very overpriced.

The customer service team when they ring are always do cheerful and friendly and so are the drivers no matter what the weather is like. So all in all you are all doing a very good job

Its so easy to order as I get a lovely member of your staff ring me for my order, and recently have been sending me an email to let me know that you'll be delivering. This gives me time to go online and get my order ready. Your telephone staff are so friendly and helpful and always make me feel important. I'm then told when my order will be delivered and get a confirmation email also. The driver is always very friendly and brings my delicious treats to my door, socially distancing. Then comes the good part, we all 4 of us enjoy the items I ordered and I've always found them more tasty than anywhere else. My next order comes next week so I'm really looking forward to it. Thank you to all the staff that make this an easy and tasty experience.
