Dec 08,2021The hampers arrived on time and beautifully wrapped. The only problem was the name of the hamper not on label and I bought two different ones one for each of my children So it was a bit frantic trying to decide which was which as they both looked exactly alike. In the end I assumed the reference number on invoice matched box. Otherwise all perfect.

Dec 08,2021Told to 'F Off' by customer service advisor. We have used Regency Hampers for several years, after an issue of non delivery by their courier today of our hampers. We contacted customer services who advised our courier message rec'd was an error, after further investigation she said 'F... OFF (in full). Unbelievably unexceptable customer service would not recommend or re-order.

Dec 08,2021My first experience with Regency Hampers has been quite superb! I ordered 2 hampers (from NZ) to be delivered on separate dates to 2 addresses in England. Both arrived on the right day, within the specified time band, and looking exactly like the website pictures. Both recipients were thrilled with the presentation and the contents. Thank you so much Regency Hampers - you have been lifesavers, because it is impossible to get anything delivered from here to UK in time for Christmas

Nov 25,2021Delivery arranged for a specific date to coincide with a 60th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately did not arrive until 3 days later. Although contents were fine, it was not idea as at the time of the party, we appeared not to have bothered with a gift.

Nov 18,2021The Hamper was bought as a gift, the recipient was very pleased with it. I liked that I could choose the items that I wanted to put in the hamper. Only downside, the hamper arrived a day later than requested.

This week I wanted a present for a friend the website would not let me do a personalised hamper , so I rang the centre. The person was very polite but did not offer alternatives for me or advise me what would be suitable. Had to sadly shop elsewhere
