Sep 28,2021Ordered fresh fruit & muffin hamper. In plenty of time for Saturday delivery. Dispatch confirmed. Did not arrive on Saturday. Phoned regency on the Monday morning to be told pending at fed ex and James would email me with progress. He didn’t. I phoned again at 5 and was told by James it had been out for delivery on the Saturday but didn’t get delivered and it was returned to the wrong depot. He was sorry. That doesn’t help as it was a birthday present. No timescale of when delivery would be made or offer of replacement. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

Sep 24,2021I received a beautiful hamper which made me decide to send 2 hampers as gifts. Recipients recieved on time and absolutely loved their hampers. I just found the ordering process very difficult as I wanted to customise the hampers. Got there in the end but took me a long while which is the only reason I have only given 3 stars
