Very satisfied with this service and the hamper was fantastic!! I live in New Zealand and wanted to give my son a birthday present ( he lives in the UK). So I ordered the hamper and stated my delivery date preference. The hamper was delivered on the day I requested and my son was delighted with the contents. This also saved me the usual over $100 that I pay for postage to send a parcel from NZ to the UK plus it stopped the immigration hassle and VAT etc. I will definitely do this again!!!
Good delivery, but the quality of the product was a severe disappointment. This image on the website gives the impression that you're getting bakery-made muffins, instead what's delivered are prepackaged factory-made muffins.

Ordered a Regency Hamper online to be delivered to relatives for their wedding anniversary. I was kept thorough informed of order and delivery progress and my hamper was safely delivered on time, no problems at all. I didn’t see the hamper myself but my relation called to thank me for my gift and said that the hamper was splendid. All in all, a great service and a wonderful hamper. Thank you!
I've just recived a birthday hamper from this company. Such a lovely gift, it was almost too nice to open. This was sent by my mother who has been very unwell and only recently out of hospital, so was a thank you as well as a happy birthday. The fruit and goodies look amazing. I can't wait to try them all
I have ordered from Recency Hampers before which has always been very nice, but what I liked this time was you can create your own hamper and put items in which you know whoever your ordering for, they are getting items they like. Very good service and they deliver when you request the hamper to be delivered, plus you can also track when it's going to be delivered.
This was a birthday present for my dad who's at age where he has everything he wants. I came across this hamper and I'm really glad I did. He enjoyed everything in it. I was told the food was fresh and packaged really well. He was over the moon with it. I'd definitely recommend and I will most certainly buy again in the future.

Im extremely devastated. ordered a fruit basket for a friend to arrive on his birthday as a surprise. It did not get delivered on the date and all the fruits had gone off. avoid at all cost.

The hamper was delivered promptly. I would have liked to have seen the contents but it was a gift for a couple celebrating their golden wedding anniversary, and I didn't want to disturb the wrapping. So I cannot comment on the contents, but the recipients seemed pleased with it.

Aug 31,2021My experience was pretty bad to be fair, another person with my name (and it's a fairly unusual name, not a John Smith, etc) ordered from you and I was getting all of his order emails, clearly this panicked me. I emailed, spoke to customer services, got nowhere. I ended up calling the actual customer which you could have done, but you didn't, and I figured out for myself that you'd just got my email address and not that of your actual customer. Now it was great to speak to someone who has the same name as me, I've never met someone with my name before, but customer services should have sorted this, not me and my namesake. After informing customer services of this error, I still got the delivery email for the hamper. And now you ask me for my opinion on my experience, an experience I might add I didn't even ask for. All in all the experience was dreadful, your error has caused me hours of detective work that you could have done, and quite a lot of stress. Calling my bank, calling YOUR customer and receiving no help, yet still receiving an email for me to rate my experience after saying numerous times that you have the wrong email is a bit of a p1ss take to be fair. I can't comment on the quality of the hampers as I DIDN'T ORDER ONE! However, they look lovely and I'm sure they are, but your admin and customer service really sucks, I wasn't listened to, I ended up doing their job and you still haven't taken my email off your list!
