Jul 27,2021Hamper choice and quality excellent. Website easy to use and ordering of multiple hampers with individual gift messages easy once I had called to learn how to go about it. There was no guidance I could see on line without phoning. Service was speedy and efficient. Only negative was that as soon as I had paid and ordered, I received a very clear email confirming my order of 7 hampers with 7 individual gift messages. It said please read carefully and if you need to make any changes you need to do it know by emailing us or following the online directions where it said âEdit nowâ, after each order and message. I tried to change one gift message where I had forgotten to add my daughterâs name from one of the gift messages. It wouldnât let me do it. I tried about 6 times and each time was unsuccessful. Therefore I emailed them directly. This was all within 20-30 minutes max of order and confirmation, as it kept rejecting my efforts to make the change on-line as instructed. I then emailed directly to address given and requested one name be added to the sign-off names on one hamperâs gift message. Was satisfied that I had made the change having only just ordered. The order was due for delivery in a weekâs time. Then 2 days later I received an email to say sorry that my request to add name to gift message could not be carried out as it was received too late and order had already gone. Canât believe this to be the case! Very frustrating as requested change within half hour of ordering. Also delivery was still 5 days away. Naturally I was pleased that Regency had quickly and efficiently got the order together and ready for shipping but frustrated that my âimmediately after ordering request to add a name to gift messageâ, had clearly not been picked up in time and carried out as it said it would be, and especially as I asked for it to be edited immediately my confirmation came in for checking as the company requested. Still donât know if orders have been delivered as not had confirmation. As my edit request was rejected I would of thought orders should have been received early, ie already.

I have purchased a few hampers from the wide range available and the response Iâve had from all recipients is sheer delight and greatly impressed! Everything was excellent, from the quality of the food, abundance of choice, to the beautiful packaging and the highly efficient delivery service. You are also able to customise the hampers, which is great if you want to give something personalised and special.
