Neednt have worried it arrived on the day, beautifully presented, and products were excellent i was told! Really delighted, great service, great product. Will recommend without hesitation.

Jul 15,2021I ordered a chocolate lovers hamper for my dad’s 90th birthday because I wanted something special and The Regency Hamper looked perfect. I was so disappointed when it arrived. I’m sure the quality of the chocolate is good, but everything is much smaller than it looked online and the hamper was half empty. I feel as if I’ve paid more for the basket than the contents and would rather have had a less beautiful carrier and more produce. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the £42 I paid. I won’t be using Regency Hampers again.

Jun 08,2021Sadly Regency Hampers used to be good but not anymore & I won't be using them again. Ordered & paid over £70 for an afternoon tea hamper to be delivered by the FedEx option before 10am on my elderly mother in laws birthday on Friday. It was "dispatched" Thursday but not delivered until Monday evening...totally missing her big day. I had to chase to see where it was and got the standard it's not us, it's FedEx response. When I spoke to Customer Services they said they don't guarantee delivery and as a gesture of goodwill offered to refund the additional charge I paid to have it delivered on time - joke.. as they just don't get it...luxury hamper NOT, standard of service POOR, Customer Service NON EXISTENT...My advice AVOID and spend your money with a company who actually do what they say they will and care about it!

Jun 05,2021My husband bought me a hamper and when arrived it was very poor quality so I asked for a refund they told me I had to pay for the return parcel( £13) which we did ,then we waited 10 days no refund, I got in touch with customer Service spoke to person 1 and he had said it had not been put on the system waited another 7 days still no refund phoned again spoke to Person 1 again he said he would email me my refund receipt which he forgot to do then spoke to Person 2 he said the refund was issued last Friday which it wasn’t because when the The money finally arrived it went into a different account after 3weeks of waiting and And at least 7 phone calls and only 1 email the money arrived in our bank account The worst customer service ever!!!!! I did give names but have been told to remove their names but they know who they are 🤦♀️

May 18,2021Extremely disappointing! Received my package (cardboard and inside) wet. When I contacted them, been told that this never occured and if I want to send the package back, I NEED to pay for the return. When I already paid £136 for a good service that doesn’s exist unfortunately. Sent pictures for them to see that the package was sealed, however they said that it’s up to me if I want to keep it. It was a Thank you gift for my mortgage advisor. Thankfully, did not send directly. I am just speechless how unprofessional and impolite customer service is, taking in consideration that I received my package damaged. Would not recommend them.

May 10,2021Edit: Customer service was great and I got my refund. I wish this gift didn't ruin the surprise I planned but anyway. Thank you. I spent £60 for the NEW BABY GIFT TOWER IN CREAM which was supposed to be a present for my best friends. I am embarrassed to give them what I received from you guys. There is no way that the products advertised on your website fit in the small boxes I got not to mention the website says approx. 10kg, but this is less than 2kg. I could probably buy the same items for less than £20. I put all my trust in you because the set looked amazing on your website. I have emailed to find out the steps to return and will only change the review when I get a refund. These are hard times for you to be ripping people off since now I have to buy a new gift. Shocking service.

May 08,2021I have used Regency Hampers on several occasions for gifts and the hampers have always been excellent and delivered on time. On the most recent occasion, it was not delivered on the target day, but this was a problem caused by the courier, rather than Regency Hampers whose customer service did everything they could to resolve the situation and kept me well informed by email. In the end, the courier delivered days late for what was a special occasion. Regency Hampers provided a no fuss refund. They are such a great company that I hope that they change to a better courier.

Our friends (the recipients) had a great time with the hamper, said it was beset immediately by the teenagers in the house and provided a lot of fun as well as some welcome additional food for the hoarde (including our son) who was staying with them for the holiday. Mar 30,2021I had organised a hamper from Australia to Manchester for my best friend’s 40th and unfortunately the main present was missing in the hamper completely ruining the surprise. As they are closed on the week end I was left panicking for 2 days. The gift is being sent 2 days later but it’s a little too late. They didn’t even offer me any compensation for their mistake. I will never order from them again. Thanks regency hamper for ruining the surprise.
