Mar 26,2021Regency Hampers present well and deliver on time - but this time expectation was trumped by reality. There were more wood shavings in the "hamper" than substance. I reckon I paid nearly £50 for barely £25 of goods. Would I recommend them to value-conscious friends? Sorry - no.

Mar 26,2021I understand that some item substitutions are inevitable because of a possible lack of availability and that's fine. However, this basket was meant to have a number of different cheeses and I was told by the person who received the hamper that there were none at all. The other items were reportedly nice but the cheese was one of the main reasons I chose this hamper. So, as you can guess, I was pretty disappointed to hear this, especially given the price I paid.

The Lindt chocs and the choc biscuits were divine and I’m saving the cheeses, pudding, cake, crisps etc etc for our upcoming holiday! Haven’t heard from the recipient as to the quality of the hamper as my niece doesn’t receive it until tomorrow - but it is the second hamper I have ordered fo a Family Member. Well done Maureen Sayer
