I used cosmelan cream 2 years ago for over an year as recommended by my skin specialist as a skin therapy after peeling treatment. I stopped it for some time and wanted to restart as a maintenance skin care regime. I looked online and found this website because the prices were cheaper, so I ordered cosmelan 2 cream and melan recovery and paid £145. 0 When I opend a Box it wasn't sealed properly and I was in shock when I saw the cream's texture and smell, it felt like coffee smell and texture of the cream was very different than the cream I used in the past I felt very disappointed and I am regrating now to go for cheaper price, This cream is leaving very wiered brownish marks on my skin. I have used this cream in the past and I can tell the difference straight away. It doesn't look like genuine cream. I want an explanation and refund of my purchase or a genuine cream . Very Very disappointed with my purchase I always bought from face the future website and they are very very good and sale genuine stuff.

I opened it a bit over 4 months after purchase waiting for the right moment to use the treatment as it's season sensitive (winter for best results, which was just a few months away). This high quality product should have an ample shelf life, I know this as I have purchased this brand in many occasions and had never have a problem. But this time, when opened, the product was stale and the cream completely dry. I contacted the company and after a few back and forward emails, they just got off the wagon and didn't offer any solution leaving me with a stale product and having lost a lot of money in the purchase. Their costume care is extremely poor and in a very polite fashion, they just turn their back on you. They are "very saddened" about your bad experience but they don't care about your particular situation. I don't recommend this shop at all. Very disappointing experience and a lot of money wasted. I was never told to return the item so you could "thoroughly" investigate. I was just asked to send pictures. And when I got the product, visually looked ok, of course you realise it's not ok when you open it for use, otherwise it looks ok on the outside. That's ridiculous. Furthermore, I had it extremely well storaged before I used it, I have no second thoughts about it. The truth is that your product was off! And you look for every excuse not to take responsibility.

This was my first order with you. I paid for 24 hour delivery last Thursday for am delivery Friday. It’s now Tuesday and I have no parcel. On top of that I called customer services and begged they help me by sending another parcel and returning the clearly lost one to which I was treated with no respect told basically ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. You selected the courier you sent it out so who’s problem apart from yours is it!!!!!

I had issues with my product of Dermamelan cream pump stopped working and many several emails back and forth with video evidences they claim it’s a standalone issue and they never heard of this problem and somehow I may have caused it… yet the reviews on their website says otherwise! Many other customers having issue with the pump. They don’t want to refund or exchange it’s ridiculous! I had purchased other items with no issue in the past but if you happen to come across a faulty product, kiss your money goodbye because their customer service is SHAMEFUL.
The worst and irresponsible company My order worth £3272.45 and I paid £39.95 for fast shipping. The order couldnt be cleared out the custom because they filled out the wrong information, which make my order being delayed for 1 month I requested the cancellation and refund as it’s been too long. BUT they forced me to get the order , even though it’s shorted date products and it has been delayed in custom for a month. It’s not my fault at all, I AM NOT THE ONE WHO FILLED THE WRONG INFORMATION FOR CUSTOM CLEARANCE. They even forced me to pay extra re shipping to my another address. This is a very irresponsible and unacceptable ways for a business. Be aware of this scam, irresponsible business !!!!

My order was delivered promptly, but I discovered that the pump mechanism of the product bottle was faulty, which meant I could not use it. It took a few days for the issue to be investigated, which also required the customer paying for return postage to return the faulty product. I was disappointed, but as this was a manufacturer issue and not the fault of Reliable Medicare, the customer services team were reassuring and transparent, with the return process stated on their website. After the investigation, I was given a refund of the product cost and offered free shipping on my next order, to cover my return shipping costs. I feel the customer services team handled this issue well, which gives me confidence to shop with RM365 again.
First time I have purchased from Reliable Medicare, and I was very impressed with the Service. Price was very competitive, and delivery was speedy. Only slight issue was with the delivery courier DHL, who emailed a delivery time slot of between 11.15 - 13.15, but did not deliver until 15.35, which meant that I had to reschedule a 14.30 dental appointment. But I do not hold Reliable Medicare responsible for this. I would order from them again.

Order no.220790 purchase date 26/04/2024 I had ordered 5 items in total. I received the items. However, I only wanted to use one of them immediately( night cream) , so I pulled that out. Then after 10 days or so, I wanted to use the others. So I opened the whole parcel and found only 3 items instead of 4. A hand fan costing less than £10.00 was missing. As a company running for for a decade atleast, I emailed them. They didn't believe me at all. After more email exchanges, they asked me for pictures of items received, which I sent Again They denied about missing item. They said they checked weight(?) And there is no chance it could have missed. When I have spent more than £120.00 in this transaction I don't have to cheat them for a plastic fan costing less than a tenner. But they have no sense of customer care. I have been a regular customer and bought many items. They should change the name. MOST UNRELIABLE . I will take it further if they don't respond. I know the online purchasing rules. They have not send me a picture of what they put in. There could have been human error?. They did not want to engage at all. Extremely poor conduct of the advisor who was responding. Extremely poor and irresponsible unaccountable behaviour. A company should be gauged how they treat their customers when something goes wrong. There are some excellent online retailers around, but NOT THIS UNRELIABLE MEDICARE. 14.05.2024 I do not agree with your cover-up. I also have strongest methods of checking my parcels received and take no pleasure in disputing £8.39 and go through email exchanges and putting reviews. I have not got the item. You believe your packaging dept but you were not there to check. The item was never mentioned on the website site as a low stock item and not even now as a write this update. I never disputed on the damaged package you have mentioned. I have not received an item of value 8.39. I could have said a much more expensive item from the order. I needed the fan to cool after a procedure and that's when I checked the whole package. I have already sent the picture of items received. I will not rip off a company for 8.39 . Few days ago, I received 4 items instead of 1 from another retailer. This was reported to them immediately and collection arranged. They were surprised i called them to report this.This is how I am as a customer. I have not got the fan which I was eagerly waiting for when I will be doing a procedure. I had trust in you and hence, did not think a company of a decade experience cannot handle things when things do not go they expect it. Customer Care or trust cannot be taught but earned.
