Too much tasks Unfortounatly when i recive my order dermamelan package one is ok but the second is oxidized and dry with dark coulour..and sunblock in both is not homogenous and when u apply will get pure oil first.. Iam disapointed. I contact u throw email with attach photoes shoeing faulty products But no reply

Feb 16,2024I WISH I HAD LISTENED TO THE BAD REVIEWS. I bought Cosmelan 2, which was a completely different colour to the product I bought from Mesoestetic directly previously. I reached out to Mesoestetic who confirmed that they DO NOT supply Reliable Medicare. Feel completely violated by the fact I've been putting something on my face with god knows what in it! Reliable medicare will not give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Jan 31,2024Disappointing ! I could rate 0 or minus star if available. The condition of the package they sent to me and the packaging is absolutely rubbish and unreliable. I was in shock to see this sent from a big online pharmacy(this is over-statement I know). All are torn, not only DHL package, the most important part -the medication pack seal was broken and kinked into severe condition. I have photos and vidoes taken when i received the package from DHL. If anyone wants to see i could show them for caution. Update:I had to contact them on chats and emails. After a long back-and-forth emails, they agreed to return a new one as I have insurance. I finally got one for replacement in which expiry date is in few months(first one’s expiry date is in next year). Maybe they replaced with stocks about to finish. Well, overall it is not a pleasant experience with them - where they should have taken care with the delivery in the first place. I had to rearrange and repack their broken product where my own package was a lot nicer and reliable than the one they sent me with DHL! For the company replying here instead of communicating on email isn’t a very good thing. If you care about your review, you should take care of orders first. As consumers, we hold the right to send feedback - the first impression from receiving your medical grade product says it all ! Sorry I don’t think I will order more from the way the person responded here on trustpilot!

Jan 26,2024I've been buying cosmelan and other mesoestetic products [ferulic acid, densimatrix, white essence, etc.] from Reliable Medicare since last year. Aside from their reasonable prices, RM's service is unparallelled, with their deliveries neatly wrapped and always coming on time. RM is also attentive and responsive to its customers' concerns. In my experience, too, I never found any basis to doubt the genuineness of its products. Otherwise, I would have stopped patronizing the company long before. But, here I am, months after moving out of the UK, still buying from RM. Even if I have to pay additional costs for shipping and local vat, its products are still cheaper than similar products in my own country, and their services remain unchanged. I just got my new package today.
