Jan 26,2025Transaction marked as delivered and over 24 hrs later l am still here chasing them to sort it. I used another transfer app and that transaction went into recipient account in less than 30 mins . All l keep getting from chasing my transaction is automated messages.

Dec 20,2024Very bad and unprofessional. I started using them, then suddenly they seized my money refused to credit the recipient nor revert my money back. They didn't contact me at all. After several hours I had to call them and asked them why they're holding my money and all the could say is that I should tell them where I got my money that I want to send home. I thought it was a joke initially till around 5pm they haven't done anything about it. Then they asked me to to send my account statements from the past 3 months which I did before they now credited the recipient. That was a very bad experience.
