Dec 18,2024Transaction still hasn't gone through since 11am. Supplied all requested documents and still on compliance hold. This is the 2nd time this is happening even after I have submitted proof of funds. No update since 5:30pm. Every transaction I have completed using this app has taken more than 12hrs for money to reach the receiver. This is not an app to use when urgent or quick transaction is needed. Lemfi App is much better due to ease of use, swift Transaction process, constant communication, transaction time and competence.
