I purchased a designer varsity jacket from their website, but unfortunately, the jacket was not what I expected when it arrived. It didn't come in a dust bag, and the tags were missing, which made me question if the item was even brand new. When I contacted Repertoire Fashion's customer service team to initiate a return, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. They seemed to have little interest in assisting me, and it was clear that they didn't care about my experience as a customer. Despite several attempts to get in touch with their customer service team, I was left feeling frustrated and unheard. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Repertoire Fashion to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy retailer. Overall, my experience with Repertoire Fashion was nothing short of terrible. The lack of customer service and poor quality of the item I received has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would advise others to steer clear of this retailer and look elsewhere for their fashion needs.

Apr 13,2023This parcel took over 1 week to arrive That not good service especially if I needed the top for an event . The price of item very good but your shipping time let you down . You need to look into that or but on your site that these items can take a week to arrive , then it’s my choice if I wanted to go ahead . Plus I think you should refund me my delivery costs due to this . I was happy with there replies via email so upgraded by score

Mar 25,2023Ordered 2 items, was told they would turn up separately as dispatching from 2 different warehouses. (Signed for royal mail) 1st item came and was posted through letterbox not signed for and photo evidence diabolical (picture of someones hand) waited for other item to come and contacted the store only to be told its been delivered (using same delivery photo as first item and signed for by someone called Norm. I dont know anyone called Norm) Emailed store again to ensure they have give me correct tracking details, helpful at first, but refused to esculate to managment when my item did not arrive and refused to replace item that had not been delivered. So they have £80+ of my money for a pair of socks as still not received my shirt and they now dont respond to emails Paypal have been informed and seeking refund via them

Apr 25,2023Decent sale stuff. The only negative is £5.95 delivery because, for some reason, sale items are not in the free shipping criteria even though I spent £130 00. Yes,£130 00 isn't a great spend, but if I'd of brought full priced items( to the same value)free shipping would of been given.
