Jan 31,2023Placing the order was fine but paying the £9-95 next day delivery was ok but it was a shame it turned up after the stated date but after speaking to the shop it was made clear to me that the courier does not pick up over the weekend so after all confusion it has been sorted out so I will continue shopping at this amazing store

After trawling the Internet I found exactly what I was looking for at Repertoire Fashion. The item was in the sale and cheaper by a margin than its closest competitor. The ordering process via the website was seemless and worked perfectly. I have just received the jumper via Royal Mail 24hr delivery. The item was beautifully packaged (neatly folded and wrapped in Repertoire Fashion embossed tissue paper) and delivered on time. I will definitely be saving the website as a favourite. Thank you.

Jan 04,2023I recently bought an Armani jacket in size 52 for £371. It was too small so I bought the larger size which is fine. Despite returning the smaller jacket (at my own expense) unworn and perfectly suitable for resale, Repertoire have refused to refund the £371 on the grounds that the price tag had been removed. Anyone buying from this company should be aware that they make returning goods as difficult as possible and will miss no opportunity to avoid paying a refund. My advice would be to deal directly with the manufacturer.
