Jan 01,2023i ordered a hoodie and it got shipped so quickly, even after a small screw up on my end, they fixed it and sent it. i will 100% be using them again and would 100% recommend. it also fits perfectly, feels great and i got it below retail price. 100% authentic

Dec 15,2022Horrendous customer service! Ordered a pair of jeans for a Christmas present 5th December. I had an email that day stating the item had been posted with a tracking number. Was supposed to be a 24hour signed for parcel. 5 days later still no parcel. Emailed the customer services as you cannot contact them by phone, double checked the tracking number as the one I said sent on the email isn’t valid. Still no joy, emailed again, messaged on Instagram and called one of their stores twice! Spoke to one of the stores managers, was promised a call back that day still nothing. I completely understand the Royal Mail strikes are affecting many businesses but it’s been 10 days now and strikes or not, it should have been delivered. The tracking number is still invalid. As it had been sent by the company it’s your duty to follow it up with Royal Mail and if needed to report a missing parcel and have the items value refunded. As a customer this is not my job to chase up a parcel I’ve purchased from a store. Emails are being ignored. Shocking customer support.

Dec 07,2022I did not receive my goods on time due to Royal Mail delays. The purchased goods were delivered. The delivery delays were due to scheduled Royal Mail strikes which were out of Reperoire’s control. The initial communication from Repertoire about the situation could have been better explained in my view, but ultimately a suitable response was provided. I would use the site again as the goods were as ordered and good value.

Dec 05,2022Ordered a jumper a week ago and still no sign of it. #159629 UPDATE: Order received a week or so ago. Whilst the delivery was delayed, this was through no fault of Repertoire. Repertoire customer services contacted me to thoroughly explain the unfortunate impacts of the strike action had upon them, and could not apologise enough. I am extremely happy with the quality of the product(s) I purchased and will be returning in the future. Kind regards.

Jan 04,2023The clothing is very nice at Repertoire but the delivery charge £ 9.95 for a t shirt is scandalous Today 04.01.23 I received a reply from Repertoire stating that Royal Mail re delivery have started again but I was told that it was going to be in the future not immediately. Terrible
