Sep 09,2022My son purchased a £100 hoodie. He tried it on to check it fits, & when it did removed the tags. The following day he put the hoodie on ( in front of me), & as he pulled it down the corners of the hoodie tore. This was not due to any excess force, and must be a fault within the material. I contacted repertoire who said as the tags had been removed they were unable to help, & would not be engaging with me in any further correspondence. I am livid, as this hoodie was £100, & I can now only assume was a fake?! My son has never experienced this before, I was witness to the incident. I will NEVER use this company again, & shall be seeking advice as to how to take this further. DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Aug 28,2022I ordered a pair of Armani jeans. The postage costs are high £7.95 for jeans which cost over £100. The package took a week to arrive (joy of postal strikes) most importantly there is no ability to phone them up. Only to send an email. Poor. The jeans when they did arrive were labelled correctly but were the wrong size (32” waste not 34”). Altogether suboptimal.

Aug 12,2022Writing another review because I ended up buying a product before I got your reply about not shipping goods overseas anymore. I sent Customer Service an email on Aug 6 with my order and tracking number attached and so far it's been a week and no response. So I thought writing a review again would be the only way to reach out. I want the product to be brought back to your store and my money refunded. Please check your emails, I'm the Aussie customer!
