Jan 09,2021What I would class as a premium end retailer with a personal touch. My order was packed with care, with additional tissue paper that just gave a lovely personal touch on opening. I retuned one item and have had the refund all before Hugo Boss direct have even delivered anything. Will definitely be checking their website out as a first choice of where to shop ...

Jan 09,2021Pay high prices and then they reduce it within a week no help . Rather use websites like flannels , Farfetch or Selfridges. Then why make customers pay a certain amount and reduce it by a significant amount the next week . It was my fault for trying to be a new consumer to your business i normally don't purchase from local stores . I have learnt to always shop with businesses that endure their customers.

Jan 07,2021Very disappointed!! I purchased a t-shirt as a Christmas gift due to covid restrictions there was a delay in getting to family and the t-shirt is too small. The sales team have refused to allow a return on an item that hasn't even been worn nor an exchange. Surely with the restrictions in place and Christmas extended dates they could honour this. £95 down the drain because of their policy. What sort of customer service is that during a very difficult time for people. Will never order from them again. Be careful buying as their policies do not bend !!!!
