Nov 12,2020TERRIBLE - POOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered a pair of men’s Armani J06 Patch Jeans, Style Code: 18608. The description clearly states "Dark Cross Denim" and the images on the website display dark jeans. On receiving my order, the colour of the jeans did not match the images/description, they are more like "Light Wash Denim". I emailed the sales team with images of the jeans, which clearly showed the colour difference, they responded, and told me to send the product back for a refund, with me paying for the return costs. I explained that the jeans are not what is shown on their site, sent them images of their website and images of the jeans. The sales team totally ignored all my questions, and just said send them back. What a joke of a company, the jeans clearly are different from what is showing on their website, at minimum I would of expected them to cover the cost for the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. 24/11 After reading the response from Repertoire Fashion, i still stand with my review. Yes they did ask for the jeans to be shipped back, at my expense, but with the clear images i have sent them, i beleive they should pay shipping costs. In regards to their comment "customer did not respond" I have tried to call them a number of times without no answer, when I email them they totally ignore the questions i have asked. In my case they are not helpful at all, poor customer service.

Nov 05,2020I was very impressed with repertoire fashion when l placed an order and efficient and prompt my delivery was. . Delivery was suppose to be with in 3.to 5 days but l recieved my items within 2 days. The items were just what l ordered and I certainly will be useing them again.
