Bought the Boss Men's Saggy Hoodie. Great quality product and value for money. Communication from Repertoire was good and delivery was quick. However, paying the delivery cost of £4.99 on an item that cost £84.50 is annoying and stopped them receiving 5 stars as most online retailers offer free delivery at this price.

Boss Water Repellent coat - bought Sep 2020 Well haven't used Repertoire before, but the items on the site looked like good quality and there was the option to return if not happy. I am very happy to report the item was as described, delivered on time and I got 50% discount off the RRP. Definitely recommended and would buy from Repertoire again... A++++ Cheers 👍

Appaling customer service - item not received and they are insisting it was stating a GPS proved this!! Nobody signed for it and nobody in the property so that is impossible. Refusing to deal with the issue stating the item was received. Not accepting any responsibility whatsoever or accepting that somewhere something has clearly gone wrong. Do not buy from this company.
