Excellent service and delivery but my only bug bearer was how it came wrapped..Dont get me wrong it was not wrapped messy or untidy but folded that many times and crunched up to say it was an expensive item( Well to me it was),apart from that,spot on...👍👍👍

Aug 11,2020Shocking service and extremely poor quality. Ordered some Hugo boss Polo shirts. After washing one once following the exact washing instructions the colour has faded and gone patchy! Having other colours in the same T shirt that I have washed over and over, this has never happened before which leads me to thinking their is a fault in the fabric of this T-shirt. I contacted customer services but they just did not want to know. They were no help and blamed it on detergent saying it was bio when I already highlighted what I used was non- bio. So does that mean that customers who spend so much money on an item and do use biological washing detergent that they WILL get patches and you just have to deal with it?? It is a luxury brand for goodness sake. Do they think customers want to waste their money? This company are money grabbers who do not care about customers! AVOID
