We have only been using Reply.io for the last month and have been very impressed with its functionality as well as the incredible work of the onboarding team and customer support staff. Would definitely recommend.
I like best their UI/UX because it's designed well and it really makes the process more simpler to navigate given that the workflows can get complex.Sometimes the campaigns are suspended when there are too many invalid emails, which has caused us some delays and confusion. Overall, would highly recommend this tool because it's helping us optimize our lead generation process and it's been efficient so far.
Reply.io’s customer support is just amazing! Their team responds to queries as quickly as they can and is fully knowledgeable about the product. The sequences features are super intuitive and user-friendly as well, even if you don’t have the experience in creating your own sequence, you can easily understand how it works. What I like the most about Reply is the improved deliverability rate. I used to have a similar software in the past using the same email addresses and mailbox but the deliverability is low, when I used Reply.io, the deliverability score doubled! I hope Reply gets to improve more of its functionalities and UI soon!
Reply.io is easily the best sales tool I've ever encountered. Over a period of 10 days, I researched and tested practically every sales tool under the sun and found none of them to be worthwhile, except for Reply.io. I have been able to create as many sequences as I need, including emails, LinkedIn connections and DMs, etc, and then compile a prospecting list suitable for each sequence. Over the course of one week, I've achieved a 91% open rate for my cold outreach (up from 34%) and already booked multiple demos for my product. All thanks to Reply. Couldn't recommend it enough!
Reply.io is a wonderful email automation platform, has plenty of features, automation tricks, integrations, triggers, email account warm-upper and MANY other cool stuff that any marketer or sales rep may need/think of Personally, I've been using reply for the last, if not more years, and have always been referring this platform to all of my clients/friends. Just try it, don't be shy! Oh, btw, their customer support team is slick and fast. I always get bored when seeing messages like "we'll respond in 1 day" OR "a real human will contact you in 10mins" (and that never happens) and other cases. Anyone who's trading this, ask Ollie in the support channel - she's very knowledgeable, and positive with a bunch of great ideas for any SME
Reply.io sells you on the promise of ease and automation, but in fact it is an arduous, glitchy and manual. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone who's serious about automated sales outreach.

Extremely bad experience. They charge you for what you already have paid for. Their customer service not only does not try to redo their mistakes but is super rude and entitled. Extremely bad experience. We had to use our bank to dispute the charges and contact the reseller that we had bought the services from. Low integrity business.
I hope others can read this to avoid the experience we've gone through. It's been a very tumultuous time after committing to pay for 3 months with reply.io Since then we've watched our response rates, and overall sales performance dive. Integrations with our CRM break and are buggy. Support is incompetent. Safe to say we won't be extending our contract.
I don't usually write reviews but this is hands down one of the most difficult to use and buggy products I have come across. We have had multiple issues with their system and the support you get is way below par. There are many other products out there that provide similar services. Would suggest avoiding reply.io at all costs.
Good tool, worst customer support. Rude and disrespectul and it feels like I work to solve their problems and not the other way around.
I was swindled into a $29 purchase when the invoice showed $0 and stated "fake subscription" as the line item. Then they stated I made a "purchase" and they could not refund. Will definitely be escalating this to the attorney general as I see others on here have stated the same thing happened to them.
I have been using reply under various accounts for many years. But now when I signed up for Yet another account with them, I noticed their pricing page said "minimum commitment" now, but I didn't think anything of it. I usually start the free trial but I always purchase the Warm-up and Email verification on day 1 anyway, so all was as usual. Then, when I wanted to get the actual subscription, only Annual billing is available. Notice the pricing page doesn't say "ANNUAL BILLING" it says "Minimum Commitment Applies", a very vague statement since they probably know they have to get people into the sequences and already have their contacts emailed when they surprise an annual requirement on you at the end of the trial period. I just checked and since 2018 I have had nine paid Reply accounts, many of them for years. I sign my clients up on Reply. I will never open another one. This kind of deceptive communication and forcing users into Annual plans when they had no idea that was what they were getting into is really bad. Oh, and when I queried it on their chat I was just ignored for over an hour. This service used to be great, amazing even. But they have seriously lost their way, DO NOT fall for the messaging, you'll be locked into Annual Pricing Only. BAD Reply!
Customer service is so poor, issues go on for weeks as no one gives direct answers. I had no end of issues and spoke to many different people about many different issues. End up being billed for 2 months with no results as customer services just have me going back and forth. Waste of time and money
Reply.io has completely changed my agency, I highly recommend working with the platform to increase the number of leads and close more deals.
I have been working with Reply for more than 6 months so far and recently purchased license for 6 more months. I really enjoy cooperation with the support team as they are always responsive and dedicated to solving the issue. They constantly improve as a company and I love seeing how much effort they put into making their customers happy:)
Reply is a the best tool for prospecting automation. We have tried some others, but definitely, we are staying with reply. Also the extension make it so easy to add contacts, with emails, directly to a sequence.
My trail with Reply.io has been great. I just signed up and am looking forward to working with support to get my account ready to launch. The tool has been great to streamline my communication to my customer and prospects.
The company renewed my plan without my consent and charge me 1 year fees in advance. After contacted their customer service, they refuse to refund.
