Besides a few occasional smaller glitches, Reply.io does a good job!

The software is well though out, very functional and easy to use, but the customer support is the best I've seen...great response time, product knowledge so your questions are answered the first time and they even followup to make sure you are up and running. It's major differentiator for me.

There are a lot of services you can use to set up email campaigns. Reply goes beyond to help your business understand what makes a successful campaign. They do more than just blast emails - they help you create meaningful partnerships. As I was writing the title to this review I could almost see my reply rep saying "the title of your review is a bit too long" seriously these guys are great
Reply is a strong sales enablement platform as a reasonable price for small startup teams. They offer a great user interface that's intuitive and I've barely noticed any lagging in the site's performance. They have great customer service and I see them working hard to improve their offering. Keep up the great work!
We had an issue with our email, they were not going out correctly. It took about 5 days to completely resolve the issue with a lot of back and forth with the Reply team but finally, the issue was resolved. The support team is very cooperative in resolving the issues.
I felt both employees who helped were condescending and not willing nor able to understand the issue I was raising. I had to reach out to the sales team to set up a call.... It seems like this is a clear bug in the platform. The customer service team is rude and unhelpful.

Reply.io is reliable to help me navigate their platform. They are always available to give me tips, answer questions, or troubleshoot issues. My email production has skyrocketed after activating Reply.
There are some features that doesn't function logically which I've voiced it already with the CS team. However, there is one thing I didn't mention is that this month there were several times that I couldn't add leads manually at all. It would load but then once the page is loaded the lead wouldn't be there. I had to try more than 10 times to add a lead and it was a bit frustrating. Besides that and other concerns that I have shared with you, overall you did pretty well! :)

Mar 11,2020A nice tool for lead generation. The support team is responsive and friendly. A couple of minor features could be added to stay on top (HTML support for emails and a bit more friendly sorting of contacts), but for now, the overall set of functions looks good. I use it on a daily basis.
