Jul 13,2022Joey G. Has been amazing so far. From the very first phone call with him he’s left me at ease. Not wanting me to make any decisions without thinking over it first (and trust me I’ve had a couple others before him and this company that didn’t care and just wanted me to rush into signing a contract.) Joey has been quick to answer any email I send him. Quicker than I even expect him to reply. He answers every question I have and has explained things well enough for me to understand them. I’ve already recommended him to a friend of mine because of how nice and understanding Joey was. I know that any question I have will be answered and if not by him he will find someone to answer it. A+ in my mind. Customer service is big and he has that down pat. If he is any representation of this company then I feel like I’m in good hands.
