They could be slightly simpler and clearer on the way this works as far as the stop paying your payments part as well as the fees, which are apparently included in the total presented to you. As far as the actual negotiations go, I’m not entirely sure yet. But they’re extremely willing to answer questions and explain things if you have concerns.

Jul 06,2022David was aggressive at first, but we started over and we were able to communicate well. He guided me through the steps and answered all my questions. I read through the program and was hopeful. So, let's see what the outcome is in couple months.

Jul 06,2022My agent's name is Marcos Ducret. To me, he is patient and not pushy! He listened to what I have to say and if we start talking at the same time, he always apologizes and allows me say what I have to say. It may not seem like a lot but to me, it means a LOT! He's very respectful and the tone in his voice is pleasant. I don't find him being judgmental or arrogant. I've spoken to other agents from different companies who seem like I'm just another number (check the block) but not with Mr. Ducret so I appreciate that. His customer service skills / techniques should be spread throughout the company. For me, it's the little things in life that means the most. Thank you Mr. Ducret. Joan Collins
