Jun 28,2022I called trying to get a consolidation loan but unfortunately I did not qualify. However, Joey Gonzalez, the Rep that assisted me, informed me that even though I didn't qualify for the debt consolidation loan, there was another option that I did qualify for, Rescue One Finacial. I had never heard of the program, but Joey was very knowledgeable, and quickly brought me up to speed by explaining to me how the Program works. For me, this was right on time and just what I needed. After Joey explained, he asked if I had any questions and gave me the number to his direct line so I could reach him if I had questions later. I am forever grateful for having been introduced to Rescue One Financial. There truly a real need for a program like this and I'm glad I found out about it. Joey, you were very genuine, kind, patient, respectful, and sympathetic. Don't ever change. Especially in a climate where Customer Service has become a lost art. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
