Wish I'd looked up reviews before purchasing off their website! It has happened before and I don't want anyone else to be stung by this! Had to pay additional £57.20 Tax for DHL to release parcel. This tax is not included in price and IS NOT CLEAR on their product page. If you are in UK AVOID SHOPPING HERE CHEAPER TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS IN UK DIRECTLY Really disappointed

The website and prices are great but minimum spend is £135 excluding delivery which then attracts import tax so my £168 purchase got £51 tax apllied by dhl which was a bummer.

The downside of my experience is that the shoes I ordered had been worn. Since my goal was to purchase unworn shoes, I contacted Coltorti. The response was absolutely phenomenal. It was timely, professional and courteous! Coltorti also agreed that I should not pay for the return of the product. Today, I received notification from Paypal that my refund had been credited to my account. I am a completely satisfied customer and look forward to future purchases from your boutique.
