May 03,2023Hanno avuto problemi di logistica nell'ultimo periodo, infatti hanno annullato l'ordine dopo circa 10 gg per prodotto non disponibile. Vedendo dal sito che mi dava ancora disponibilità, ho rifatto l'ordine e dopo circa 2 settimane è arrivato. È valsa l'attesa, perché il prodotto è molto bello e il prezzo super vantaggioso.

Apr 29,2023Wouldn't use if in UK as they include delivery charges onto invoice which your then also hearing taxed for infact the tax was £80 on a £160 pair of shorts which buy in UK for £200 anyways

Apr 29,2023Ho comprato un paio di off white da loro, il servizio clienti è molto efficiente, hanno ritardato un attimo con la consegna, ma appena l’ho fatto notare hanno accelerato tutto e mi sono arrivate le scarpe in due giorni. Metto quattro stelle perché la scarpa dx probabilmente è stata provata qualche volta, era leggermente più larga della sx e aveva la suola “sporca”, visto il costo dell’oggetto deve arrivare tutto nuovo. In ogni modo sono una boutique molto seria. Perfetto il packaging, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio.

Apr 18,2023J’ai effectué une commande le 09 avril et toujours aucun envoie de la commande, pour un site vendant des articles de luxe, le service est pas à la hauteur, a part avoir un retour de Perle comme quoi ils ont des problèmes de logistiques, aucune nouvelle du colis. C’est plutôt décevant. Impossible de les joindre sauf via message mail. Je ne recommande pas spécialement

Ho contattato il servizio clienti che mi ha liquidata con un ….abbiano ritardi nelle consegne….Poi però devo dire che si sono attivati, dopo qualche giorno mi hanno ricontattata e la merce è finalmente arrivata ed era perfetta. Probabilmente devono migliorare l’assistenza post vendita ma l’esperienza è stata, tutto sommato, positiva
