May 04,2022I was absolutely disgusted at being charged an extra £77 for import taxes after I'd already been charged £12 for postage. What a con. Be careful people they advertise the products as a good deal but forget to tell you how much extra you have to pay for delivery to the UK.

May 04,2022The delivery service from yourselves was fine but I failed to read the small print and was very disappointed to be billed a further £109 for import tax which ruined the whole experience and serves as a warning for all UK shoppers to read the small print re import taxes which renders the headline price shown pointless

Very happy with the bag and also saved some money as it was more expensive directly on the mulberry website and other websites such as Selfridges etc. would definitely use Coltorti again! Be aware that if you are ordering to the UK you will pay taxes x

So disappointed I know nothing about my order other than "processing" after 5 days now. If you are really in customer service i hope i can actually get an update but more importantly my order shipped or canceled. This is not good ethical business practice.
