Yes, I did need to pay import taxes and duties which I may not have been aware of it I hadn’t read the reviews. But a little online research and I knew how much they would be. Delivery updates, tracking were timely. Would recommend and use again.

May 10,2022I bought a bag from Marni and it arrived in Denmark after a few days. There was a small cosmetic flaw on the bag, otherwise brand new and wrapped in all the usual wrapping and a dust bag. I wrote Coltorti and received response the same day and we agreed on a solution. They did offer a full refund and to cover the shipping cost, no problem there - if I chose that. So have nothing to complain about - quick delivery and service.
