Don't even get me started on my cover letter. I purchased the resume, cover letter and LinkedIn package. I was not let down. However, asking to speak with a supervisor I was connected with Jake who offered to connect me with a new writer. My new writer's name is Susan and to say she turned a disastrous mess into a beautiful piece of work is an understatement. Susan has listened, given feedback, and provided great work.
