Despite the high hopes I had for this service, especially given the $400 investment, I regret to inform that the outcomes have been deeply disappointing. When I received my first resume, they forgot to include my bachelor's degree, which initially was a huge red flag for me. Besides that, I initially had reservations about the resume's design and overall presentation, but chose to trust Resumeble's expertise as industry professionals. I told myself "they must know something I don't" and "they are the experts, not me". Now regrettably, my decision has not yielded the positive results I anticipated. Despite using this resume for numerous job applications (50+) that align with my skills and experience, I have not received any job offers or responses. I got only one response from a firm I applied for, and it was a note saying that my resume could use a lot of work. I recently have begun working with recruiters to help me with my job search. Not one, not two, but five separate recruiters individually told me to redo my resume if I want to have any luck. Two out of the five recruiters actually told me they are not sending my resume anywhere until I redo it!! As a test, I sent my old resume (before Resumeble) as the "new" resume. They both said it was a massive improvement and sent it to positions I am a potential candidate for. Now I have an interview next week (my first one since the job hunt) using my old resume instead after wasting the last 6 months using the one provided. To top it all off, I formally requested a refund last week and still have yet to hear back. I may try to do chargeback on my card if anything because this feels like fraud anyway. Mar 30,2024I have mixed feelings on my experience. Deedee was my writer. She did a good job on my Resume elevating it to a standard much needed. I was assured by customer service she is one of the top writers on Resumeble but didnt see her listed anywhere on Resumeble and she called me from a "private number" when doing the consultation which seemed really weird. I didnt get much guidance with LinkedIn, to just copy and paste whatever was given to me. So that left me feeling rushed off.... I have been getting interviews though but suggest or wish Resumeble had a feature to work with writers on the dreaded interview question: "Tell Me About Yourself" because Im floundering with it. Update: 4/1/24 - Customer service contacted me was very prompt in addressing my concerns and gave me partial credit towards what I paid for the service. I didn't expect any response honestly and this reflects in their positive professionalism to improve. Thank you.
