Aug 15,2018Very positive experience. I worked with Sabrina Cortes who was very courteous and quick with turnaround times. I planned to transition from higher education ( CV ) to the corporate world (resume), and she managed to condense all the information very well while using great keywords and insight. After submitting the resume and cover letter, I received a phone interview with a company where I tried to apply on my own before. Now I wish there was a discounted price for returning customers to adjust the resume/cover letter to other positions.

The only reason I gave four stars was because the Linkedin Analysis was a little underwhelming, it would have been nice to see what a good page looks like and to have more 1 on 1 contact with the writer for that process.

I did not even request 3rd draft as 1st draft was nearly final result except I need to update some info so 2nd draft was corrected with some minor updates and that was my final draft.
