Jul 08,2024At first, my experience was not pleasant. I was not happy at all with the products I received or the communication I was getting. I think it was a bad match up, maybe. I decided to reach out to customer service to see if anything could be done, and they did not hesitate to fix the issue for me. Within a day, I was assigned a new writer, Adeline. She was wonderful and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I'm giving the company a 4, because I think all of their writers should be up-to-par. However, I did admire their dedication to providing me with good service, and Adeline was great. I can say that the company definitely has integrity.

Jul 03,2024I contacted resumeble.com during their stated business hours via their chat function on the main website for further information about the premium package, the most expensive product they offer. After 2 business days and a follow up I received no response to my inquiries regarding my potential purchase. In various locations on their site and within the chat it states "typically responds in a few minutes". After purchase and pursuing an alternate avenue of communication I was able to get settled with a writer named Susan. She did an excellent job for the services requested. Very accommodating and communicative in regards to my needs.

Jun 19,2024Would not recommend. The services promised does not match the products delivered. I purchased the Premium package and was thoroughly underwhelmed with this experience. The draft resume was delivered outside of the "4 day" window that was was promised, and then took an additional 2 days to add one line of text. A phone call is also included Premium package, but I never received this, or even had the opportunity to schedule the call, before being directed to complete my order. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

She is also very knowledgeable when redoing your LinkedIn profile as well to catch the attention of recruiters. I definitely recommend this service!
