Everything worked like clockwork. Very thorough and the person that came to collect is was well informed. Would advise that what you are selling matches that advertised to ensure swift payment.
I was contacted by Revilo after I put an ad up on AutoTrader. The initial offer was low, as expected, but after a week they called again and we agreed on a figure which was fair. The process was fairly straightforward and they didn't try to further reduce the price after inspecting the car which was nice. If the price offered is acceptable then I would recommend using this company as my experience was quick and hassle free.

I’ve used Automotive before and as it was a good transaction I’ve used them again. This time was even better, we agreed a price on the phone, tell the truth about the condition of the vehicle you are selling and everything will go smoothly. The person I dealt with Ben Tilley was the friendliest he kept me informed and updated with the progress of my sale which was all completed within two days. On the day my vehicle was collected the driver arrived at the time agreed, took some photos sent them to Ben to inspect the money was paid into my account before he left as was the email from DVLA stating I am no longer responsible for the vehicle. Very easy transaction, they offered a price on the basis of condition of car as advertised, they came and inspected to ensure no issues. The guy who came to inspect was a really nice guy, inspected and then funds were transferred in a matter of minutes. A stress free sale, would recommend.

This review is a honest reveiw from our experiance with this company. However, Revilo won't aprove and just say it's because we we're expecting to much for our car, but i'll leave that for you decided. Firstly this company cold called me and offered me a price that was so called locked in and to be fair i thought it was a resonable offer however, the decision couldn't be made as I am a front line worker in a hospital working in theatre and whilst at work my husband has no way of contacting me. so we emailed the chap back the same night to see if the offer could be streched by £150 and if so, we would have proceeded with them. But this is the interesting bit, our email was answered by a return email advising the market had deropped over night and the price offered was now £500 less than the price offered the day before. I work in business and have a good knowledge of business and these are my thoughts for you to consider! This company is an opportunist and employs a pressure selling tactic which is not great this day and age, they have no respect for front line workers or people who would like to take time to carry out due diligence!! The company bang on they have great reveiws on Feefo but, again be aware, these reviews are reviews from customers only who have carried out businees this this company and is not a true reflection as you have to be invited to leave a review. Overveiw - If they contact you and offer you a price which is so called locked in, if you are happy with it execpt it. If you want to be cold called and have preasure selling tatics used on you and be rushed into a decision, then buyer beware as they say. On a finial note just so you can understand why i'm disguntled, I took this car to we buy any car 4 weeks previously and they offered a daft price like they always do HOWEVER !!! last night the same night I emailed this company back, We buy any car emailed to say the market had improved and the car was now worth more and as Revilo says it dropped we car say different and in fact £200 different. This is a true reflection of my experiance and hope this enables you to be pre-armed & pre-warned in what to expect. Don't get caught out by the old trick of cold call & pressure selling tatics ! Contacted me after I advertised my car. Perfectly nice and pleasant on the phone. Offered me a ridiculously low price, £900 below W.B.A.C. A insult! Don’t even entertain them if they contact you.
Overall great experience with Jack and Ben at Revilo. They were professional, caring, on time and trustworthy. I was a bit worried at first to sell my A1, but the whole process was smooth. The driver waited for the sale money to be in my account, and for the confirmation email from the DVLA before taking off with the car. Jack kept me informed every step of the way. Don’t believe the negative views as most only complain about low offers, which is not something the company should be judged for. If you don’t like the offer, go somewhere else! If you’re happy with the offer, you can trust the process with Revilo.
Being fair, I cannot give full feedback as after giving them all the details of our vehicle and sending photos I am still awaiting a call back more than a week later. I did call them to chase and apparently they were calling me back shortly as they were awaiting a valuation and they are struggling with any vehicle purchases worth over £20k apparently? Oh and we also got a voicemail message for another customer they must have been dealing with about his Fiat Panda.
I was promised the driver/inspector would give me plenty of notice before he turned up at my door. I was left a voice message at 8:10am to say the driver would be with me at 8:30am and got the knock on the door at 8:25am (15 minutes notice - hardly plenty). The inspector (David) said he needed my keys and needed 30 minutes with the car. At 9:30am (over 1 hour) I was still waiting. He took pictures and videos of everything like there’s no tomorrow. This is all on cctv. He then set about taking pictures of the docs including the back page of the v5…. yes the back page of the v5. Please go and look at your back page of your v5 to see what I’m talking about. (Who takes a picture of the back back page of the v5?). That’s how OTT this chap was and this should give you an idea of the kind of tooth comb this he uses to go over your car. It’s a 6 year old car after all. After 90 minutes of pictures and inspecting and deliberation they decided they didn’t want it. Why, I asked David the inspector. He said he found a big scuff I said where and he said under the front bumper!.. Under the bumper! I was like you actually looked under the bumper? Scuff under the bumper! Wow. That’s really a first for me. But yes that’s how far this chap goes. He left as quick as he came. Horrible horrible experience and unless your car is virtually brand new this company isn’t for you…. Anyway the same day I took it to Pentagon Vauxhall in Oldham who purchased it for £600 more than this company offered. No tenuous checks and no photographs in the 3 digits just a pure and simple check over with realistic expectations of a 6 year old car. If you want your sanity to remain you would avoid this company like the plague…! Good luck!!
Bit sceptical as not sold this way before but need not have been as offer was fair, communication was excellent,conducted in courteous professional manner by Ben, which made the whole process easier than selling to private buyer. Even contracted collection driver was a credit to this company!
Waste of time. Honestly thought the guy Jack seemed genuine but ended up wasting my time. All for them to not to take my car over minor scratches.
Do not use them. Scammers promise to purchase your car then let you down. Avoid at all costs

Really smooth process from start to finish. After initially being cautious Jack along with Ben couldn’t have been more helpful. A fair offer was made and the cleared funds in my account as promised before the car was taken by a very pleasant and well mannered driver. I would definitely recommend 😊😊
