They phoned me within minutes of started my claim and helped me with my documents and what was needed and the money was in my account within 2 days! Alex and Mak were so great and helpful and really helped me loads. Definitely recommend!

A weekly sum was taken and i thought ya could claim that back but that wasn't added to my refund. I spoke to a rift employee about the situation two ta three times and seemed to have no idea that u could.
