Up to 50 miles on 1 charge . Wrong I charged it 3 times when I hit 48 miles on the meter which has also stopped working properly it shows I travel no faster than 2.2 mph at any time and despite having 32% battery left when I got to work it was completely dead when I finished my shift 4 hours later. I did not leave it on. Not for hill use unless your battery is over 50% and despite having it 4 months I and had brakes redone already. Not a happy bunny.
I am so glad I got it from Currys store so that I was able to give it back the next day with no problem !!!! Everything they say for the specifications are false. I wouldn’t even give a star but had to as wanted to write a review on it. Thanks again Currys management to get me rid of this mistake I did with no hassle x
Please do not buy a Riley’s scooter they do not work like there supposed to my autistic son had one for his birthday the battery life is terrible don’t last speed slows over time Riley’s head office have refused to give me a refund only a like for like scooter very rude to me my son is devastated please don’t throw your money away
Sent my scooter to be fixed on 22 December 23 still waiting for it to be fixed 29 January 24 email them they say it will be ready, phoned up next day and they say waiting for the part. Phoned again 2 days later and they said shipped out but brought back because it had a battery in the scooter by dhl some one is lying. Worst customer service all tell you a pack of lies
one year later 9th nov2023, asking for service,writing thru their FB page,some one answer in max 10 min on their FB messenger. I`m a dog sitter in paw clients home, i dont drive and I WILL NEVER wanna drive. I`ve seen the Rs2 escooter rided by some one with similar condition as mine im 52,in oct 2022 i decided is time go electric, that means thru some deal we bought it .. TOOK me few weeks to build the confidence from 15 to 25 speed per mile. Area I`m in Atherton, under Greater Manchester and Astley , walking is NO longer an option for me . i can ''walk ''around doing my pet sitting jobs in safer mode Dog sitting & Pet Care in Leigh,Wigan & surrounding areas. I will never quit using it everyday 15 mile,is smashing review written after I ask help via fb messenger for service.

Never received the order, and tried to contact continually by email and phone. Phone just went to voice message!
they sold a lot of merchandise that did not exist, but they returned it

Purchased spare 6.8mah battery for rs1. Has a fault. Am waiting to see how they deal with this issue. Update to this review to come. Love the scooter. Btw.lets see about the service…::
I managed to lose my charger for a Riley scooter and could not find anything online as I did not know which plug I needed. I contacted customer service over the Christmas period more in hope than in expectation and received a reply the same day with a link to an after market product (as they were out of stock). This is exceptional customer service from Mark, especially as Riley would not make any money out of this. Well done!
Very satisfying even the after sale service is remarkable.one of the customer service even did an extra mile just to complete my order.
Brought via retailer who refused to help when had an issue with my RS2 Electrical Scooter. Contacted Riley Scooters directly who were helpful and responded fast to replace under manufacturers warranty. Thanks to Mark especially for his great customer service.
More secure apps and lock button on your phone and your scooter
I bought a riley rs 2 about a week ago and I am completely happy with it. Batteries are good and I get good distances out of it, if I'm in the 2nd gear, obviously when you go on sports mode it uses the battery alot quicker but still pretty decent. The only downside is I'm over 14 stone so sometimes I struggle on hills which it expected though. Also I emailed them about my warranty and they got back to me pretty quickly. All in all a great scooter and would definitely recommend.
My son is very happy with his new scooter and we had wonderful customer service answering our questions. Good delivery too.
I was told next day delivery I’m still waiting after 2 weeks. Customer service is shocking, not answering their phone, not replying to my emails, the web chat is long and not responding. DHL has had my parcel for 2 weeks saying there are delays and that it will be delivered on the next working day. Starting to feel as if the company is a scam. I’m not 100% sure but it feels like it so beware.
The Scooters are good very maintainable. I have a problem with my battery and got on to them via email the next day they were kind enough to solve my problem leaving me with immense joy to be riding better.

Oct 16,2024They came for my scooter for repairs about 3months and am still waiting to get it back. Ive been told everytime i call that they are still waiting for parts. Its close to 4 months now. They've even stopped answering thier phone. The scooter was less than 10months when it got faulty. I also purchased 3 years extended warranty so why wont they give me a new one if it can't be repaired? My advice, never buy from riley scooter.
