My son bought a RileyScooter Electric Scooter last week. When he got it from the shop he was given a photocopy of a sheer of paper offering a 'Free' helmet worth £55. Obviously I was slightly dubious at first, but, after 2 emails to confirm address etc the helmet is now on it's way. Great company to work with. My son is over the moon witg his purchase and can't wait to receive his helmet. 100% deal with Rilet Scooters again!!

I bought a scooter RS2 a few months ago. Scooter arrived with a flat tyre. After a couple of emails, pictures and explanations they sent me a new inner tube and tyre, but I paid for the service. One day while driving scooter turned off... No reaction. The first email about that was on 7 May. Today is 17 August and I'm still waiting for the new scooter, should arrive yesterday as Hayden said. Hayden (whoever is this person) is the worst customer service/office person I seen in my life. UPDATE new scooter arrived.

I purchased an RS2 a few weeks ago. The detachable battery is a great feature, easy to charge anywhere. The range and speed are great for the price. I highly recommend it.

Brought a riley rs1 for my children, lovely scooter but didnt get many miles so asked if this was correct and was told yes it was about right. The miles get better after a few charges, my son gets around 10 miles off of a full charge and obviously at full power being a 16 year old. Purchased another battery with the 10% discount code from Hayden at customer services and got a free mobile phone holder.... Nice. The scooters are beautifully built they look and feel like quality, so much better than the skinny looking ones on the market. Would definitely recommend. Would have given 5 stars but the headlight has stopped working 🤦‍♂️

I have had to send back my RS1 scooter twice which was sent with a fault from new. The customer service provided by Hayden Riley is absolutely atrocious. He does not respond to emails and repeatedly lies. The first time I sent the scooter back he claimed he would exchange it. He didn't and just avoided the question. Now he has the scooter a second time, he promised he would exchange it straight away and a week later I am still waiting. I would avoid buying the scooter as he seems to be the only one that you deal with. He has no sense of what customer service looks like. Hayden did eventually exchange the scooter albeit after a lot of unnecessary time and inconvenience and it was working well. Now the battery does not last anywhere close to what is claimed. So Hayden now sent another battery which is unbranded (cheapest possible quality I presume) and an even lower capacity despite him confirming that he would send a genuine Panasonic battery. He does not listen nor does he read his emails. The customer service just keeps getting even more worse. The new battery supplied is cheap quality, much lower capacity which is clearly stated on the battery and different from the original but Hayden still keeps lying and lying. Other customers seem to have very similar experiences.

My son has had a riley scooter for 2 years but had burnt out the battery from over charging it. Ordered a new one and recieved within 48hours quick service and updates every step of the way.

The scooter I got is a very nice design and easy to take around. The maximum speed is 25 km/h and the scooter will automatically adjust the break to prevent going beyond the maximum speed for safety reasons. Although I feel tempted to go beyond the maximum speed, I do agree it is a good feature for safety. The scooter works perfectly, but I noticed that if I am approaching a mound I need to assist the electrical motor by pushing with my feet on the ground otherwise it comes to a standstill, despite the fact that the total weight on the scooter is around 80 kg. This is only if the mound is high. Otherwise, the scooter works perfectly fine. Notably, I was on the scooter a few days ago and was stopped by a police officer who said that it is illegal to use these machines in England. I argued that you can rent it in London and the police officer said that London is an exception. I was very surprised. I am sure it is a matter of time for this to become a common place, hopefully with more people using these machines. I advise anyone outside London to do their research so that they are not taken by surprise in case they are stopped by the police. Overall, it is a good machine and I recommend it.

Good little run around. Scooter has worked well and rides well. Needed to buy an extra battery as the battery didn't do a third of the distance than what the description said it would do. Slopes and cold weather can affect the battery. However, was given 50% discount from Riley with buying the spare battery which was really fair. Was given phone holder as well as gesture of good will, so customer service was very accommodating

Having bought a scooter as a gift, 10 month later had a problem and dropped Riley’s an email. Super fast reply and service. Sent out a replacement battery with no hassle under warranty. What a fun little toy.

Impeccable service and constant service updates. I had the pleasure to collaborate with Mark in order to get one of their lovely scooters to be delivered in Jersey Channel Islands( location where they don’t normally deliver). He got out of his way to make this possible by contacting a couple of delivery companies to find the best option. Thank you very much Mark and the Riley Team.

I had lots of enquiries to make sure I can get the correct battery from the website for the RS2 scooter (I wanted the old round battery connector instead of the blade connector). The customer service team were quick to reply and able to resolve all of my issues quickly, and delivered the battery with next day delivery.

E-mailed Riley scooters and asked if the Riley scooter was the same as the Levi scooter sold in USA and Canada. Haden replied with an honest answer saying it was very much the same scooter with some changes, basically re branded for the UK market, dont let this put you off buying one as the service is good and most sooters you buy are all mostly rebrands from China, very good scooter, built and rides well,great value for the money, good to know you have UK support from Riley scooters when you require it.
